When a device freezes, gets stuck while booting or fails to update, the problem is often the software rather than the hardware. We reinstall and update software and transfer your photos, contacts and files to your new device.

When do you need it?

• Freezing, slowing down or apps closing by themselves

• Stuck on the logo at startup or restarting in a loop

• Update errors or an interrupted software installation

• Moving data to a new device or recovering data from a damaged one

How is it repaired?

1. We look into the problem and check whether it can be fixed without touching your data.

2. If a job requires erasing data, we tell you in advance and get your approval.

3. We reinstall or update the software, or transfer your data.

4. We test the device and hand it back.

How long does it take?

It depends on the job and the amount of data to transfer. We tell you the estimated duration after inspecting your device.

Warranty

Coverage and warranty depend on the work done and are explained to you before we start. Data recovery results depend on the condition of the damaged device.

Before you bring it in

You don't need to share your screen passcode or your iCloud / Google account details with us. Back up first if you can; if you can't, mention it when you book.
