Screen Replacement

A cracked screen or broken back glass doesn't just spoil the picture; dust and moisture getting in through the cracks can cause other faults over time. We replace the damaged screen or glass with a part suited to your model and test your device before handing it back.

When do you need it?

• Cracked, broken or shattered screen or back glass

• Lines, spots, discolouration or a completely black screen

• Touch not working in some areas, or ghost touches

• The screen or back glass lifting away from the frame

How is it repaired?

1. We inspect the device to see whether only the glass or also the display panel is damaged.

2. We explain the part options with their price and warranty terms and get your approval.

3. Once you approve, we carry out the replacement.

4. We test touch, display, brightness and sensors, then hand your device back.

How long does it take?

It depends on the model, the extent of the damage and whether the part is in stock. You can see the estimated duration in the price calculator where we have entered one, and the exact ready time after inspection.

Warranty

Whether a warranty applies, and for how long, depends on the device, the part you choose and the device's condition. The terms are clearly stated in the quote, and we are happy to answer questions about coverage before the repair.

Before you bring it in

Back up your device if you can; we never ask for your passcode. If the screen is shattered, you can bring the device in a bag to protect against glass splinters.
