Charging Port Repair

How is it repaired?

1. We test the fault; sometimes the problem isn't the part but a dirty port or the software.

2. If a replacement is needed, we send you the part options and price and get your approval.

3. Once you approve, we clean, repair or replace the part.

4. We test charging, sound, microphone and camera, then hand your device back.

How long does it take?

Warranty

Whether a warranty applies, and for how long, depends on the device, the part replaced, the quality you choose and the device's condition. The terms are clearly stated in the quote before the repair.

Before you bring it in

Don't charge a device with a swollen battery or put pressure on it; bring it in as soon as possible. We recommend backing up before you bring it in.
